We offer:

• A completely restored monument
• Outdoor space infront of the monument
• Large terrace at the rear
• Attic floor
• Maintenance of the monument, including air conditioners

Offered for acquisition:

• Furnishings, such as indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen and bar furnishings and appliances

We ask:

• Vision/concept appropriate for the monument and its location
• Minimum rent Afl 7,000 per month (excl. utilities, garden maintenance and security)
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Business Plan
• Any proposals for adaptation/investment by new tenant
